We pride ourselves in providing fantastic food. Our menu is freshly prepared and where possible locally fresh produce however on occasions to provide the best quality we do go further a field, Fillet steak comes from the Ribble valley, our Corn fed Duck & Chicken from Goosnargh and sustainable fresh fish is delivered daily. Head Chef Daniel uses advanced cooking techniques capturing and retaining maximum flavour.
Our comfortable restaurant takes on an ambience all of it own at weekend using crisp white linen table cloths and pleasant candle light enhancing your dining experience. If it’s to formal there is plenty of dining area, in the bar perhaps relaxing in front of the blazing log fire.
We do not use frozen food with the exception of our home-made ice cream, Yes we make our own, with some unique flavours, Beetroot being a particular favorite, especially with the heavenly Chocolate Brownie.
For those who don’t want to dine with us, you’ll enjoy the fact that we are a traditional pub serving a fantastic range of quality real ales, draught lagers and delicious wines. Our atmosphere is friendly, relaxing and welcoming and we are the perfect place to enjoy a drink with friends and family.
